About Us

what we're about

Introducing our little social enterprise bakery, where we work alongside with people with special needs and those who are recovering from mental illness, to produce amazing bakes! Through on the job training, we train them to bake and to do simple customer service so that they can have a chance at finding a sustainable job in a commercial F&B kitchen or bakery.

Flour Power is a happy place, a place where everyone is free to live up to his or her greatest potential, where no one is judged or criticised. Where all cookies and cakes might not be perfectly shaped, but taste perfect nonetheless. And where differences are celebrated not highlighted.

All the cakes, pastries and cookies are handmade with much love and without artificial preservatives, flavouring or colouring. We are blessed so that we can be a blessing to others!

We’re enternally greatful for the strong support the community has showered upon us. Here’s more on people who make this possible.

Brave New World

Thinking helps us look deeper into things. It also encourages us to see different points of view and ask ourselves whether we can believe everything we see. Thinking is a crucial life skill but it does not have to be daunting or boring. At brave new worlds, we use art-making as a way to get kids to build critical and creative thinking skills in a fun and accessible way.

Impressions Art

Impressions Art Studio is for all curious or committed artists. Our studio provides an open, airy and comfortable space with high ceilings and plenty of natural lighting. The perfect setting for a relaxing and inspiring time by yourself or with friends and family.

We are also proud to offer art classes for both adults and kids. All our classes are taught by accomplished artists and instructors in various mediums: acrylic, oils, sketching, animation drawing, Chinese painting, hand building with clay, mixed media, and sewing.
